Construction of NCCAR's ride & handling course and vehicle dynamics area is complete. The road course was evaluated by the NCCAR Board of Directors in a variety of performance vehicles on November 5th - the outcome was a collection of broad smiles, approval and agreement that NCCAR does have a great road circuit! Client garages are progressing very quickly and are scheduled for operation in January 2010. As of December 29th, electrical power is installed, lights on, heat is running to condition the interior, client yards surfaced and client garages close to completion. Our dedicated industrial access road is graded, culvert construction completed, water / waste water lines are going in and final paving will take place in January.
Many potential clients have already visited NCCAR and the responses have been very encouraging - several reservations for 2010 are under discussion. In addition to the road course and garages, we have two large conference rooms and many offices for rental. "Early Bird" discounted rates apply prior to May 2010 - please get in touch, as detailed below.
