Much of the research and public outreach conducted by the Center will be in collaboration with educational institutions in the state and region. NCCAR is working with North Carolina State University, NC A&T, East Carolina University and several community colleges to improve the state's opportunities for collaborative research and technology development which will have broad application in the automotive, transportation, energy and defense industries.
